摘要：

美国页岩气能源革命漂亮的“成绩单”将页岩气这种原本矿产学、地质学中不太亮眼的非常规油气资源类型，重新带到世界面前。但是，人们认识到页岩气资源的开发与相关环境保护存在着开发技术以及国内法、国际法上的一些障碍。特别是在国际法方面，页岩气行业的发展面临相关国际法规则的重要挑战。需要及时对这些挑战进行系统研究，以填补页岩气国际法问题理论准备的空白，，并对中国相关产业的发展提供法律建议。

Abstract： 

The Shale gas energy revolution in the United States of America took shinning back to the front of the world the Shale gas which,as an unconventional oil and gas resources type,used to be ignored by mineral science.However,there are legal obstacles in developing Shale gas resources as far as the development of shale gas resources and the related environmental protection,especially in the aspect of international law.We need to study all these legal obstacles systematically,for filling the blanks of international law issues,and offer advice for Chi-nese related industry.
