湖南维胜科技有限公司劳动关系管理制度改进研究

【摘要】:《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》从2008年1月1日开始实施,在这实施的五年多时间里给企业人力资源管理带来了诸多方面的挑战和影响。为应对这些挑战,企业通过调整合同管理制度和其他人力资源管理制度来提升企业的人力资源管理水平,构建和谐劳动关系。 本文以湖南维胜科技有限公司的劳动关系管理制度为研究对象,研究发现《劳动合同法》的实施给维胜科技公司带来了以下挑战:要求全员签订劳动合同、规范试用期管理、加强员工权益保护、扩大无固定期限合同使用范围。分析了维胜科技公司面对这些挑战在劳动合同管理和人力资源管理方面所进行的调整,并进一步调整和完善了合同管理制度和劳动合同书。对维胜科技公司调整前后公司劳动关系管理的员工权益保护和管理制度规范化方面进行对比分析,发现公司在员工录用、员工福利、员工激励和员工建议、申诉管理方面做了很大调整和完善。为完善维胜科技公司劳动关系的管理,论文最后从工会、劳动合同期限、争议处理、柔性化管理四方面提出了改进措施。 文章采用内容分析方法,运用劳动关系管理的相关理论对《劳动合同法》实施背景下湖南维胜科技有限公司的劳动关系进行了全面的分析和改进,使得公司的劳动关系更加科学和谐,也为提升公司的市场竞争力奠定了基础。同时也为其他在《劳动合同法》实施背景下构建和谐劳动关系的企业提供了参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The Labor contract Law of the people's Republic of China has been put into effect since January 1, 2008. It has brought many challenges and influences to the human resource management of enterprises in the past five years. In order to meet these challenges, enterprises improve the level of human resources management and build harmonious labor relations by adjusting the contract management system and other human resource management systems. This paper takes the labor relations management system of Hunan Weisheng Science and Technology Co., Ltd as the research object, and finds that the implementation of the Labor contract Law brings the following challenges to the company: requiring all personnel to sign labor contracts and standardize the management of probation period. Strengthen the protection of employees' rights and interests and expand the scope of use of contracts with no fixed term. This paper analyzes the adjustment of the labor contract management and human resource management in the face of these challenges, and further adjusts and perfects the contract management system and the labor contract letter. This paper makes a comparative analysis on the protection of employees' rights and interests and standardization of management system of labor relations management before and after the adjustment of Weisheng Science and Technology Company, and finds out that the company has found that the company employs employees, employees' welfare, staff incentives and employee suggestions. The appeal management aspect has made the very big adjustment and the consummation. In order to improve the management of labor relations in Weisheng Science and Technology Company, the paper puts forward the improvement measures from four aspects: trade union, labor contract duration, dispute settlement and flexible management. This paper analyzes and improves the labor relations of Hunan Weisheng Science and Technology Co., Ltd under the background of the implementation of Labor contract Law by using the method of content analysis and the relevant theories of labor relations management. Make the company's labor relations more scientific and harmonious, but also for the promotion of market competitiveness of the company laid the foundation. At the same time, it also provides reference for other enterprises to construct harmonious labor relations under the background of the implementation of Labor contract Law.
