近些年来供应链管理的实施应用表明,成功的公司都能够在经营过程中有效地管理供应链。因此,供应链管理实践不仅适用大型公司也适合中小型公司,比如食品加工企业。坦桑尼亚的经济发展的现状是一个高度不确定的商业环境,中小型企业食品加工部门不得不面对生存问题。尽管已经有大量关于食品供应链的研究,但这些研究的焦点多集中在农产品供应链方面,对于坦桑尼亚这种经济并非发达的国家的中小型食品加工企业如何运作供应链管理的研究还相当缺乏。然而,这些企业在坦桑尼亚不仅在农产品价值增值方面发挥举足轻重的作用,而且其对于国家的经济也有重要的贡献。 本文在对坦桑尼亚中小型食品加工供应链的运营情况及其所面临的挑战进行实证研究的基础上,提出了一个新的供应链管理模型,该模型将供应链收益共享契约、回扣契约、提前订货折扣契约联合,以此协调供应链,使得供应链成员基于该联合契约实施供销双赢的策略。该模型进一步将供应商管理库存(VMI)策略结合进来,从而对坦桑尼亚中小型食品加工供应链的优化运作进行研究。 首先,在实证研究中,将950份调查问卷分发到坦桑尼亚地区的顾客手里,回收回来的有效问卷共有833份,其中41.01%来自主要中心城市,...
