英文合同法语篇中的语法隐喻现象研究

　　法律在现代社会中起着非常重要的作用,它调整人们的生活,几乎涵盖了人们生活的方方方面面。法律语言不仅是每个律师最重要的工具,是语言学家们感兴趣的研究领域,也是影响我们每个人日常生活的意识形态。但是,法律并不像军队那样有实体的权力保障。那么法律语言是如何展现它的权力的?带着这个问题,作者展开了本文的研究。 本文的研究目的在于描述英文合同法语篇的语言特点,探索其中语法隐喻的文体效果和功能,并为分析立法语篇提供实用性的参考。选择即是意义,一定的选择是为特定的目的服务的,不同的选择有着不同的意义。在系统功能语言学的这个概念下,我们认为英文合同法中独特的语言现象不仅传递了信息,而且对这种合同法这种立法文本的产生具有重要作用。 根据韩礼德1999年的语法隐喻的理论和分类,本文把语法隐喻分成了名词化,形容词化,动词化和介词化。之后对英文合同法中各种语法隐喻现象进行识别,并统计出它们在本文语料中的出现频率。本部分的数据及分析显示语法隐喻是合同法中常见的语言现象。研究还发现在英文合同法这种立法语篇中,语法隐喻多倾向于“实物化”。 本文尝试从语言的三大纯理功能分析语法隐喻在英文合同法语篇中的文体效果和功能。...
