经济发展方式转变背景下员工经济权益保护问题研究

【摘要】:党的十七大提出了“转变经济发展方式”的口号,全国对此展开了广泛深入的探讨与研究。如今,国际金融危机的余波正在催生新的科技革命,世界各国都努力发展科学技术以带动经济迅速复苏。因此,对中国来说,加快经济发展方式的转变,是一项刻不容缓的工作,同时也是一项长期的、艰苦的工作。 企业是社会经济活动的主要载体,离开了企业,社会经济活动就会停止或中断。在经济发展方式转变的背景下,企业的生产状况和经济效益可以直接影响到经济发展方式转变的成功与否。企业持续成长是企业实现其它目标的前提,每一个企业都希望自己能够不断成长并发展壮大,企业要在激烈的市场竞争中处于主动地位,就必须要适应经济发展方式转变这个环境。经济发展方式转变表现在企业就是,企业要进行技术改进和管理优化。 我国的劳动法已经颁布及实施了多年,但是在实际工作中,企业员工权益的保护仍然存在多方面的不足,如工资遭到拖欠或克扣、劳动合同不规范、员工经常超时加班、劳动安全得不到有效保障等。因此,在经济发展方式转变背景下员工的合法权益应该如何保护是一项亟待解决的问题。 我国当前正处于经济发展方式转变时期,至今尚未有学者做过在这一特殊背景下对员工权益保护的研究,为了探索在经济发展方式转变的背景下如何更有效地保护员工的经济权益,基于我国员工权益保护方面存在的现实问题和理论研究方面的不足,借鉴国外学者的研究成果,本文以珠三角各种类型的企业为实证研究样本,对经济发展方式转变及员工经济权益之间的关系进行研究,提出了经济发展方式转变对员工经济权益影响的理论模型,借以探究二者之间的关系。 本研究以技术改进和管理优化为经济发展方式转变的测量维度,以劳动就业、工资分配、休息休假及劳动安全卫生为员工经济权益的测量维度,以性别、学历、职位、企业性质及企业规模为控制变量,建立了经济发展方式转变与员工经济权益的概念模型,并提出13个研究假设。 针对所建立的概念模型和研究假设,本研究进行问卷设计,并以珠三角各种类型的企业为调查对象,进行问卷调查,获取实证数据。通过运用SPSS及结构方程模型分析等方法,验证研究假设。 最后,在对实证结果分析的基础上,针对我国员工权益保护现状,本文提出了几点建议,以期对我国员工权益保护提供参考和借鉴,同时,针对本文研究的不足之处,提出了后续研究的方向,为以后的课题研究作出有益的探索。
[Abstract]:The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the slogan of "changing the mode of economic development", which has been extensively discussed and studied throughout the country. Now, the aftermath of the international financial crisis is spawning a new scientific and technological revolution. Countries all over the world are striving to develop science and technology to promote rapid economic recovery. Therefore, to accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development is an urgent and long-term task for China. Hard work. Enterprises are the main carrier of social economic activities. Without enterprises, social economic activities will be stopped or interrupted. The production status and economic benefits of enterprises can directly affect the success of the transformation of economic development mode. The sustainable growth of enterprises is the premise for enterprises to achieve other objectives. Every enterprise wants to be able to grow and grow continuously, and the enterprise should be in the active position in the fierce market competition. It is necessary to adapt to the environment of changing the mode of economic development. The transformation of the mode of economic development is manifested in the technological improvement and management optimization of the enterprise. China's labor law has been promulgated and implemented for many years, but in the actual work, the protection of employees' rights and interests still exist in many aspects, such as salary arrears or deductions, labor contracts are not standardized. Therefore, how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees under the background of the change of economic development mode is an urgent problem to be solved. Our country is currently in the period of economic development mode transformation, so far no scholars have done in this special context of employee rights and interests protection research. In order to explore how to protect the economic rights and interests of employees more effectively under the background of the transformation of economic development mode, based on the practical problems and theoretical research deficiencies in the protection of employees' rights and interests in China. Drawing on the research results of foreign scholars, this paper takes various types of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta as an empirical research sample to study the relationship between the transformation of economic development mode and the economic rights and interests of employees. This paper puts forward a theoretical model of the influence of the change of economic development mode on the economic rights and interests of employees in order to explore the relationship between them. In this study, technical improvement and management optimization were used as the measurement dimensions of economic development, labor employment, wage distribution, rest and vacation, and labor safety and health were taken as the measurement dimensions of economic rights and interests of employees, and gender was used as the measurement dimension. This paper establishes a conceptual model of economic development mode transformation and employees' economic rights and interests, and puts forward 13 research hypotheses. According to the concept model and research hypothesis, this study designed a questionnaire, and conducted a questionnaire survey on various types of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta. The empirical data are obtained and the hypothesis is verified by using SPSS and structural equation model analysis. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of empirical results, this paper puts forward several suggestions for the protection of employees' rights and interests in China, in order to provide reference and reference for the protection of employees' rights and interests in China. In view of the deficiency of this paper, the direction of follow-up research is put forward, which is useful for the future research.
