劳动法诊所教育在工会院校中的应用创新

【摘要】：劳动法作为工会院校的特色课程之一,为现实维护劳动者合法权益、培养协调劳动关系特色人才的培养目标奠定了专业基础。本研究结合开放教育的新理念,利用工会院校的优势,重点针对劳动关系纠纷案件,开展劳动法诊所式教学实践,大力推进劳动法诊所式教学模式,把劳动法学教育与社会的适应性作为理论和实践共同关注的重要问题。
[Abstract]:Labor law, as one of the characteristic courses in trade union colleges and universities, lays a professional foundation for maintaining the legitimate rights and interests of workers and cultivating talents with special characteristics in labor relations. This study combines with the new concept of open education. Taking advantage of the advantages of trade union colleges and universities, focusing on the labor relations dispute cases, developing the labor law clinic teaching practice, vigorously promoting the labor law clinic teaching mode, The adaptation of labor law education and society is regarded as an important issue of common concern in theory and practice.
