RB自动化科技公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:近年,我国制造业“人工荒”的现象频见报端,人口红利的优势正在消失。随着新劳动法的实施,劳动力成本也在不断攀升,传统制造业的人海战术生产模式已不再适合时代的要求,工业机器人代替产线工人成未来必然趋势。注塑行业由于产品的多样化、制造工艺的特殊性需要耗费大量的劳工,鉴于当前招工难的形势,越来越多的注塑企业使用机械手代替人工。由于近年机械手市场需求旺盛和国家政策鼓励,越来越多的资金或创业者进入本行业,各机械手品牌竞争越来越激烈和无序,致使机械手企业不得不用战略思维思考企业的发展。本文以RB自动化科技公司为对象,运用战略管理分析工具对企业所在的外部宏观环境、产业环境以及自身资源和能力状况进行深入分析,结合SWOT矩阵结论,RB公司应利用当前国家政策支持和产业发展机遇期,选择密集增长型总体战略和差异化竞争战略符合公司的发展需要,为使公司的发展战略方案得到落实,从产品扩展和开拓新市场两方面制定明确的发展战略,并从研发、生产、营销、服务、人力资源、财务等方面提供战略实施保障措施。本文的研究对RB公司制定适合自身环境的发展战略,有助于小企业在激烈的市场竞争中实现可持续性的发展,对RB公司的发展具有实际的指导意义。同时希望能对其他同类型企业的发展提供参考和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the phenomenon of "labor shortage" in China's manufacturing industry has been frequently reported, and the advantages of the demographic dividend are disappearing. With the implementation of the new labor law, labor costs are also rising. Human wave attack's production mode in traditional manufacturing industry is no longer suitable for the requirements of the times. Industrial robots will become the inevitable trend in the future. Because of the diversification of products, the particularity of manufacturing technology needs a lot of labor. In view of the current difficulties in recruiting workers, more and more injection molding enterprises use robotic hands instead of labor. Due to the strong market demand for robots in recent years and the encouragement of national policies, more and more capital or entrepreneurs have entered the industry. The competition of each manipulator brand is becoming more and more fierce and disorderly, so the robot enterprise has to think about the development of the enterprise with strategic thinking. By using the strategic management analysis tool, the external macro environment, industrial environment, resources and capability of the enterprise are analyzed deeply, and the conclusion of SWOT matrix is that RB company should make use of the current state policy support and the opportunity period of industrial development. The choice of intensive growth strategy and differentiated competition strategy is in line with the development needs of the company. In order to implement the company's development strategy, a clear development strategy should be drawn up from two aspects: product expansion and the development of new markets, as well as research and development, production, Marketing, service, human resources, finance and other aspects provide strategic implementation protection measures. The research in this paper will help small businesses to achieve sustainable development in the fierce market competition by formulating a development strategy suitable for their own environment. It is of practical significance to the development of RB Company and hope to provide reference and reference to the development of other similar enterprises.
