【摘要】: 根据国家统计局的《2007年国民经济和社会发展统计公报》,2007年,我国对外贸易出口总额为12180亿美元,占当年GDP的比重高达40%,对外贸易已经成为我国国民经济发展的重要组成部分,对外贸易的稳定增长,对保持我国国民经济持续稳定增长具有重要的战略意义。 与此同时,国内外宏观经济形势不断变化,人民币持续升值,美国次贷危机,国际原料市场价格上涨,出口退税政策调整,新劳动法颁布等等,对外贸易出口形势不容乐观,过去出口企业成本取胜的单一商业模式已无法保证企业的竞争优势,必须创造性的开拓新的商业模式,调整经营策略,以应对复杂的经济形势。本文通过对国内外宏观经济环境和整个产业进行分析,明确企业的战略定位,通过SWOT分析,发现企业的机会和优势,运用蓝海战略的分析方法绘制企业战略布局图,找到一条适合企业发展的蓝海模式。
[Abstract]:According to the Statistical Bulletin of National Economic and Social Development of 2007 issued by the State Bureau of Statistics, in 2007, China's total foreign trade exports amounted to US $1.218 trillion, accounting for 40% of GDP that year, and foreign trade has become an important part of China's national economic development.The steady growth of foreign trade is of great strategic significance to maintain the sustained and stable growth of our national economy.At the same time, the macroeconomic situation at home and abroad is constantly changing, the RMB continues to appreciate, the US sub-prime mortgage crisis, the international raw material market prices rise, the export tax rebate policy is adjusted, the new labor law is promulgated, and so on. The foreign trade export situation is not optimistic.In the past, the single business model of cost winning for export enterprises can not guarantee the competitive advantage of enterprises. It is necessary to creatively open up new business models and adjust management strategies in order to cope with the complex economic situation.Through the analysis of the macroeconomic environment and the whole industry at home and abroad, this paper clarifies the strategic orientation of the enterprise, finds out the opportunity and advantage of the enterprise through SWOT analysis, and draws the strategic layout map of the enterprise by using the analytical method of blue sea strategy.Find a blue sea model suitable for enterprise development.
