基层工会工作人员任期未满劳动合同可否终止?

【摘要】:正问:李某于2009年1月至某市一家私营企业工作,并签订了为期3年的劳动合同。2011年5月,该企业工会委员大会选举新一届工会委员会,任期3年,李某被选举为女职工委员。2012年1月,该企业老板通知李某劳动合同期满,不再续签劳动合同。李某认为,根据《工会法》其劳动合同应当自动顺延至2014年5月,企业不应以原劳动合同到期?
[Abstract]:Li Mou worked in a private enterprise in a city in January 2009 and signed a three-year labor contract. In May 2011, the Council elected a new trade union committee for a term of three years. Li Mou was elected as a female staff member. In January 2012, the owner of the enterprise informed Li that his labor contract expired and that he would no longer renew the labor contract. Li Mou thinks, according to "Trade Union Law" its labor contract should be automatically extended to May 2014, enterprises should not expire with the original labor contract?
