中国、厄瓜多尔的经济对比及其对厄瓜多尔发展的启示

【摘要】：这是一篇关于中华人民共和国和厄瓜多尔经济发展对比以及中国经济贸易发展对厄瓜多尔经济影响和启示的研究文章。它在中国经济发展战略和模型基础上,提出有助于促进厄瓜多尔特续发展的措施。论文包括:经济增长理论,经济增长的概念,特征、指标,经济增长理论等问题;中国和厄瓜多尔的概况,经济,贸易,宏观经济分析;中国和厄瓜多尔的联系,双边政治关系回顾,厄瓜多尔-中国贸易形势;中国和厄瓜多尔的经济发展,中国改革和中国经济发展的战略及其结果;两国经济发展的相同之处和不同之处,提出厄瓜多尔可借鉴的经验和教训,从而指出厄瓜多尔经济发展之路。厄瓜多尔和中国在经济、社会和文化上存在着很大的差异,这就使两国在经济发展的道路上也存在很大的差异。厄瓜多尔必须要从自己的实际出发,制定一个深远的改革计划,制定改革计划必须要有以下要素:(1)简化税制和改革税制。(2)金融一体化。(3)非调控。(4)私有化,从而在这个基础上得出有关厄瓜多尔的发展结论。为了便于厄瓜多尔在中国实施的战略基础上,实现持久和有竞争力的发展,本文提出一些建议,这建议包括厄瓜多尔在10年内国民经济每年至少达到6%～7%的增长率,鼓励外国投资,需要劳动法规定灵活一些,形成充满活力和大量的对外贸易等等,希望能从各方面给厄瓜多尔的经济提供借鉴和启示。
[Abstract]:This is a study on the contrast between the economic development of the people's Republic of China and Ecuador and the impact of China's economic and trade development on the Ecuadorian economy. On the basis of China's economic development strategy and model, it puts forward some measures to promote Ecuador's special development. The paper includes: economic growth theory, concept, characteristics, indicators, economic growth theory of economic growth; general situation of China and Ecuador, economy, trade, macroeconomic analysis; links between China and Ecuador, Recalling the bilateral political relations, the Ecuadorian-Chinese trade situation, the economic development of China and Ecuador, the strategy for China's reform and economic development and its results, the similarities and differences between the two countries' economic development, This paper points out the experiences and lessons that Ecuador can learn from, and points out the road of Ecuadorian economic development. There are great differences in economy, society and culture between Ecuador and China. Ecuador must formulate a far-reaching reform plan based on its own realities, which must include the following elements: (1) simplification and reform of the tax system; (2) financial integration; (3) non-regulatory; (4) privatization; On the basis of this, we can draw the conclusion about Ecuador's development. In order to facilitate the sustainable and competitive development of Ecuador on the basis of the strategy implemented by China, this paper puts forward a number of recommendations, including the fact that Ecuador's national economy will achieve a growth rate of at least 6 or 7 per cent per annum within 10 years. To encourage foreign investment, it is necessary to have some flexibility in labor laws, to form a dynamic and large amount of foreign trade, and so on, hoping to provide reference and inspiration to Ecuador's economy in all aspects.
