构建农民工群体劳动保护与工作福利保障机制

【摘要】：正农民工群体的权益保护问题一直以来受到社会各界的关注。其中,劳动保护与工作福利问题关系到农民工群体的生命健康权与基本生活保障,理应受到重视并深入研究。对此,本文从法律保护角度出发,结合农民工群体的劳动、生活实践,探讨当前农民工群体劳动保护与工作福利保障中的不足,并提出若干完善设想。一、农民工群体劳动保护与工作福利保障的不足我国《劳动法》第六章就劳动安全卫生等内容制定了保护劳动者权益的条款,要求用人
[Abstract]:The protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers has been concerned by all walks of life. Among them, labor protection and work welfare are related to the life and health rights and basic living security of migrant workers, which should be paid attention to and studied deeply. In this paper, from the angle of legal protection, combined with the labor and life practice of migrant workers, this paper probes into the shortcomings of labor protection and job welfare protection of migrant workers, and puts forward some perfect ideas. 1. The shortage of labor protection and welfare protection for migrant workers. Chapter VI of the Labor Law of our country sets out the provisions to protect the rights and interests of workers, and requires the employment of workers.
