无固定期限劳动合同时不同制度环境下员工行为转变模型

【摘要】:通过对选择不同行为的员工人数及员工行为的转变过程进行数学建模分析,认为在签订无固定期限合同后,员工的行为在不同的企业制度环境下会发生改变,且努力工作者良性行为的拉动作用下,员工行为的转变速度会减缓,这就要求企业要加强各项管理制度的完善和强度,减少负面因素对员工的影响,增强正面拉动作用,形成良性转变,促使越来越多的员工选择努力工作,进而形成双赢局面。
[Abstract]:Through mathematical modeling and analysis of the number of employees who choose different behaviors and the changing process of employee behavior, it is concluded that the employee's behavior will change under different enterprise system environment after signing an indefinite contract. And under the pull of the positive behavior of the hard worker, the change speed of the employee behavior will be slowed down, which requires the enterprise to strengthen the perfection and intensity of the management system, reduce the influence of the negative factors on the staff, and strengthen the positive pull effect. The formation of benign transformation, prompting more and more employees to work hard, and then form a win-win situation.
