以人为本的合作关系——在华部分跨国公司劳动关系浅谈

【摘要】:21世纪的企业与员工之间的劳动关系需要新模式———以法律契约和心理契约作为调节员工与企业关系的双重纽带的合作伙伴关系:一方面用劳动法确定员工与企业双方的权利、义务、利益关系;另一方面企业与员工应在共同愿景基础上就核心价值观达成共识,培养员工的职业道德,实现员工的自我发展与管理。
[Abstract]:The labor relationship between enterprises and employees in the 21st century needs a new model-a partnership with legal contract and psychological contract as the dual link to regulate the relationship between employees and enterprises: on the one hand, the labor law is used to determine the relationship between employees and enterprises. The rights of both parties to the enterprise, Obligation, interest relationship; On the other hand, enterprises and employees should reach a consensus on the core values on the basis of a common vision, cultivate their professional ethics, and realize their self-development and management.
