中小企业动产融资实践及建议——以福建省将乐县为例

【摘要】：中小企业不动产数量少、规模小,很难取得其他企业的担保以及与大企业配套,从银行渠道融资非常困难。2007年3月《物权法》首次以法律形式明确了应收账款可以设立质权,为中小企业提供更多的有效资产作抵押担保,有利于缓解当前中小企业融资难问题。论文以福建省将乐县为例,分析近年来动产融资业务发展情况及制约因素,并就加快推进动产融资业务提出相应的对策建议。

Taking Jiangle County of Fujian Province as an example, analysis of the real estate business development situation and restricting factors of financing, and to accelerate the real estate financing business puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
