[Abstract]:Article 29th of the regulations on the implementation of the Law on Land Administration of the people's Republic of China, which came into force on January 1st 1999, provides that. The ways of paying for the use of state-owned land include: (1) transfer of the right to use state-owned land; (2) lease of state-owned land; (3) contribution or purchase of shares in the price of the right to use state-owned land.
