心理学视角下网络文学盗版动机及治理策略研究

【摘要】：网络文学盗版日益严重,对其治理已迫在眉睫。借鉴动机心理学理论,网络文学的盗版动机,主要包括外在物质和精神诱因对盗版者行为的强化增能效应;内在自我认知和价值期望对盗版者行为的激励和指引效应;社会环境的交互决定效应。并据此建议:构建事前确权审核和传播追踪机制,降低盗版的诱因值和个体的自我效能感;完善事后惩戒机制,发挥社会环境的交互决定作用。
[Abstract]:Piracy of network literature is becoming more and more serious, so it is urgent to deal with it. Using the theory of motivation psychology for reference, the motive of piracy in network literature mainly includes the enhancement effect of external material and spiritual inducement to the behavior of pirates. The incentive and guidance effect of intrinsic self-cognition and value expectation on the behavior of pirates, the interactive determinant effect of social environment. It can reduce the value of inducement and the sense of self-efficacy of individual, perfect the mechanism of punishment afterwards, and give play to the interactive determinant effect of social environment.
