“知识付费”是否需要新法律“保驾护航”

【摘要】：网络平台用一种标准化合约交易的方式实现知识付费,是一种交易方式的创新,但这种简单的交易方式,能否妥当处理当事人之间服务合同、消法关系、著作权和隐私权保护等关系,还存在法律风险。知识付费正处于发展过程当中,对其进行专门的立法还为时尚早。
[Abstract]:The network platform uses a standardized contract transaction way to realize the knowledge payment, which is an innovation of the transaction mode. However, can this simple transaction method properly handle the service contract between the parties and eliminate the legal relationship?There are also legal risks in the relationship between copyright and privacy protection.Knowledge payment is in the process of development, it is still too early to legislate on it.
