学术期刊如何防范学术论文署名权纠纷

【摘要】：文章根据现有文献和工作经验总结学术论文从投稿至发表过程中可能产生的学术论文署名问题;然后,从作者和期刊主办方2个方面分析由学术论文署名可能产生的相关法律问题产生原因;最后,从期刊主办方角度,提出对策,以期能指导期刊主办方"尽到合理注意义务",在应对可能的署名权纠纷及其著作权纠纷中处于有利位置。
[Abstract]:According to the existing literature and work experience, this paper summarizes the possible problems of the signature of academic papers from the submission to publication; then,This paper analyzes the causes of the legal problems caused by the signature of academic papers from the two aspects of the author and the periodical sponsors. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures from the angle of the journal sponsors.In order to guide the periodical sponsors to "do their fair duty of care", they are in a favorable position in dealing with the possible disputes of authorship and copyright.
