【摘要】：本文意在探究未成年人合法权益保护中的教师应当承担的职责。本文从未成年人合法权益保护的内涵入手,通过对未成年人等基本内涵的诠释,转入未成年人中权益保护的现状,包括对未成年人合法权益受到侵害的基本类型的研究,及其原因的剖析,同时提出在预防未成年人合法权益受到侵害时,未成年人学校教师应充分提供正能量,从而,对未成年人合法权益保护中的教师职责存在的问题进一步探讨,提出关于未成年人合法权益保护中的教师职责的一些肤浅的建议。本文由四个部分构成。第一部分,绪论。包括研究背景与现状;研究内容与结构。第二部分,未成年人合法权益保护内涵与意义。包括未成年人合法权益受到侵害类型以及受到侵害的原因分析。第三部分,未成年人合法权益保护中教师的职责存在的问题,加强未成年人合法权益保护中的教师职责与责任的建议。未成年人合法权益保护中教师职责问题研究,事关未成年人的健康成长,也关乎国家发展与民族进步的长远需要,同时是构建社会主义和谐社会和人类命运共同体的现实需要。通过对本论文研究,作者认为,必须强化政府、未成年人学校、教师以及未成年人自我保护的作用,切实建立起多项措施并举,完善保护功能和手段、构建以未成年人学校教师为主体责任、直接面向未成年人的全方位、多层次的保护措施,有效促进未成年人健康成长和国家的长治久安。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to explore the responsibility of teachers in the protection of minors' legitimate rights and interests.This article starts with the connotation of the protection of minors' legitimate rights and interests, through the interpretation of the basic connotations of minors and so on, turns to the status quo of the protection of the rights and interests of minors, including the study of the basic types of infringement of the lawful rights and interests of minors.At the same time, it points out that, when preventing the infringement of minors' legitimate rights and interests, the teachers of minor schools should provide full positive energy, so as to further explore the problems existing in teachers' duties in the protection of minors' legitimate rights and interests.This paper puts forward some superficial suggestions on the teacher's duty in the protection of the minor's legal rights and interests.This paper consists of four parts.The first part, introduction.Including the research background and current situation, research content and structure.The second part, the connotation and significance of the protection of minors' legitimate rights and interests.Including the legal rights and interests of minors are infringed on the type and the causes of infringement.The third part, the problems of teachers' duties in the protection of minors' legal rights and interests, and suggestions on strengthening the teachers' duties and responsibilities in the protection of minors' legitimate rights and interests.The study on teachers' responsibilities in the protection of the legal rights and interests of minors concerns the healthy growth of minors, the long-term needs of national development and national progress, and the practical needs of constructing a harmonious socialist society and a community of human destiny.Through the study of this paper, the author holds that it is necessary to strengthen the role of government, schools, teachers and minors to protect themselves, and to set up several measures to improve the function and means of protection.To construct all-directional and multi-level protection measures which take the teachers of minor schools as the main responsibility and directly face to minors, and effectively promote the healthy growth of minors and the long-term stability of the country.
