[Abstract]:Now, with more and more viewers watching live sports events online, websites are willing to spend a lot of money to buy the right to broadcast sports events online.PPTV, for example, paid 250 million euros in 2015 to buy the rights to live webcast in mainland China for the next five years.However, some websites steal and broadcast the tournament signal without the permission of the owner, causing great losses to the event broadcaster.How to regulate the behavior of broadcast theft effectively?The copyright Law, the main law for the protection of live broadcasting of sports events, gives the answer by broadcasting.
