大数据资源的产权结构及其制度构建

【摘要】：随着大数据时代的到来,信息爆炸式增长,海量数据价值日益凸显,大数据资源保护和利用也越来越受到关注和重视。大数据作为重要的宝贵信息资源,如同物体生命一样,包括产生、整理、分析、应用和销毁五个阶段。从马克思产权理论来看,大数据资源产权包括所有权、占有权、管理权和收益权,不同的大数据生命周期,其产权主体不尽相同。大数据资源产权制度应根据其特征和性质来选择,要与市场经济体制相适应,随着社会发展和技术进步也需要不断调整和完善。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of big data era, the information explosively increases, the mass data value becomes more and more prominent, the big data resources protection and the utilization also receives the attention and the attention more and more.Big data, as an important valuable information resource, consists of five stages: generation, collation, analysis, application and destruction.From the view of Marx's property right theory, big data's property right of resources includes ownership, possession, management and income right, and the subject of property right is different in the different life cycle of big data.Big data's system of resource property rights should be chosen according to its characteristics and nature. It should be adapted to the market economy system and should be adjusted and perfected with the development of society and the progress of technology.
