我国出版法律体制百年演变

【摘要】：作为国家文化建设的出版行业及出版法律体制建设,伴随着百年来国家的奋进之路,经历了近代中国的寻路历程。新中国成立后,我国出版事业进入了一个崭新的发展阶段,相应的出版法律体制建设在逐渐完善和构建中发生了嬗变。展望未来,唯有法治,即出版法律制度的立新、修订和创制,才能打造出具有中国特色的出版法律体系,推进出版行业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:As the national cultural construction of the publishing industry and publishing legal system construction, along with the country's road to forge ahead in the past hundred years, it has experienced the course of seeking the way in modern China. After the founding of New China, China's publishing industry has entered a new stage of development, and the corresponding legal system of publishing has evolved in the process of gradual improvement and construction. Looking forward to the future, only the rule of law, that is, the establishment, revision and creation of the publishing legal system, can create a publishing legal system with Chinese characteristics and promote the sustainable development of the publishing industry.
