【摘要】：正我今天想谈一谈知识产权运行人才的问题。工欲善其事,必先利其器,欲先利其器,必先利其人。现在我们谈知识产权运行,谈专利运行,大家有一个共同的感觉和认识,我们的人才,所以我想围绕这一个问题来谈谈我的一些浅见。知识产权,创新之魂;强国建设,人才为本。运营人才,画龙点睛,如何培养,也是运行,是高校和我们整个知识产权产业事业运行的一个重大主题。回顾历史,三十年来我国高等院校一直是知识产权人才培养的最主要路径之一。无论是学历教育,还是继
