网络时代的演员权益保护

【摘要】：在行业组织于社会管理中发挥越来越重要作用的前提下,演员委员会从演员行业的特殊性入手,在成立后近四年的发展过程中,本着"组织、自律、维权、服务"的宗旨,不断完善自身建设,以行业组织身份出现,按照法律知识和法律途径努力维护演员的合法权益,取得了一些成功的经验。本文结合我国最高人民法院有关网络侵权的司法解释条款,就演员在网络时代的权益保护的必要性以及相关司法解释进行专业解读,以期为新时代下新型行业组织的发展方向和服务模式做出初步的、积极的尝试。
[Abstract]:Under the premise that industry organizations play a more and more important role in social management, the actors' committee starts with the particularity of the actor industry, and in the development process of nearly four years after its establishment, it is guided by the purpose of "organizing, self-discipline, safeguarding rights and serving". It has made some successful experiences by constantly perfecting its own construction, appearing as an industry organization, and striving to safeguard the legal rights and interests of actors according to legal knowledge and legal channels. Combined with the judicial interpretation clauses of the Supreme people's Court of our country concerning network infringement, this paper makes a professional interpretation of the necessity of the protection of the actors' rights and interests in the network age and the related judicial interpretation. In order to make a preliminary and positive attempt for the development direction and service mode of the new industry organization in the new era.
