浅谈版式设计著作权归属问题

【摘要】：随着我国出版行业的发展,出版单位的组织结构、运行模式、设计主体已经发生了巨大的变化。一些出版单位撤销原有的版式设计部门,版式设计委托出版社外设计公司或个人完成,职务设计作品被委托作品所取代,版式设计著作权的归属需要按照委托合同的具体约定来界定。
[Abstract]:With the development of publishing industry in China, great changes have taken place in the organizational structure, operation mode and design subject of publishing units. Some publishing units have abolished the original layout design departments, and the layout design has been entrusted to design companies or individuals outside the publishing house, and job design works have been replaced by commissioned works. The ownership of typographic design copyright needs to be defined according to the specific agreement of the entrustment contract.
