民国时期“翻版书”现象研究（1927-1937）

【摘要】：民国时期,随着出版业的发展和大批量复制技术的普及,翻版盗印现象也逐渐滋长,这一现象在当时被称为"翻版书"现象。由于其与出版业的经营、著作者的利益以及国家的文化发展,有着莫大的关联,因而受到了极大的社会关注。本文选取1927-1937这一时间段,研究翻版书现象在时间上的纵向演变,以及在地域上的横向流布,分析了制造翻版书的团伙构成,以及打击翻版书的力量。通过呈现不同主体之间在翻版书问题上的博弈,从侧面反映出当时版权保护制度的实际施行效果,另外,通过呈现时人在翻版书问题上发表的意见,展现这一时期著作权观念的分歧和衍化。在特定时空下,对翻版书展开研究,可以看到翻版书与社会时代背景之间的紧密联系。借助翻版书的的视角,亦可以揭示出当时人看待知识生产的真实态度。
[Abstract]:In the period of the Republic of China, with the development of publishing industry and the popularization of mass reproduction technology, the phenomenon of pirated printing was gradually growing, which was called "reprint book" phenomenon at that time. Because of its great connection with the operation of publishing industry, the interests of the writers and the cultural development of the country, it has received great social attention. This paper selects 1927-1937 as a time period to study the vertical evolution of the phenomenon of reprint in time and the horizontal distribution in the region, and analyzes the composition of the group that makes the reprinted book and the power to crack down on the reprint. By presenting the game between different subjects on the issue of reprinting books, it reflects the actual effect of the copyright protection system at that time. In addition, by presenting the opinions expressed by people on the issue of reprinting books at the time of presentation, Show the difference and evolution of copyright concept in this period. Under the special time and space, we can see the close relation between the reprint book and the social background. From the perspective of reprinting books, we can also reveal the true attitude of people to knowledge production at that time.
