浅析网络购物消费者的后悔权

【摘要】：网络时代消费者的后悔权问题早已经引起各方的广泛关注,其中主要的争议焦点在于各方合法合理权益的保护。对于后悔权展开具体分析和研究,符合当前互联网电子商务产业快速发展的大趋势要求。本次研究围绕网络消费者后悔权问题展开,研究具有一定实效性,研究结果具有借鉴性。
[Abstract]:The issue of consumers' right of regret in the Internet era has already aroused widespread concern, among which the main controversy is the protection of the legitimate and reasonable rights and interests of all parties. The specific analysis and research on the right of regret accord with the trend of the rapid development of the Internet e-commerce industry. This research revolves around the network consumer regret right question, the research has the certain actual effect, the research result has the reference.
