论提高全民知识产权保护意识的重要性

【摘要】：在知识经济高速发展的时代,知识产权对社会大众来说,早已不是一个陌生的概念。越来越多的人已经或者正在体验着由知识带来的经济效益,而由此衍生出的知识产权保护问题,在当代社会也变成了一项重要议题。然而不可否认的是,公众对于保护知识产权的概念仍然处于一种模糊的意识状态。大多数人对于知识产权这个概念,也仅仅停留于"听说过",而真正懂得保护知识产权的民众少之又少。市场主体在经济利益和价格因素的驱动下,往往无视知识产权,只顾追逐经济效益。所以,提高全民知识产权的保护意识在当代显得尤为重要。
[Abstract]:In the era of high-speed development of knowledge economy, intellectual property has long been a strange concept to the public. More and more people have or are experiencing the economic benefits brought by knowledge, and the intellectual property protection has become an important issue in contemporary society. However, it is undeniable that the concept of intellectual property protection is still in a vague state of consciousness. Most people only have heard of the concept of intellectual property, and few people really know how to protect it. Driven by economic benefits and price factors, market subjects tend to ignore intellectual property rights and only pursue economic benefits. Therefore, it is very important to improve the protection consciousness of intellectual property right of the whole people.
