“中国视野下的《专利保护宣言》研讨会”在京召开

【摘要】：正7月15至16日,"中国视野下的《专利保护宣言》研讨会"在中国人民大学召开。此次会议由中国知识产权法学研究会、中国人民大学法学院、中国人民大学知识产权学院及德国马克斯-普朗克创新与竞争研究所联合主办,由北京阳光知识产权与法律发展基金会协办,由中国人民大学知识产权学院院长、中国知识产权法学研究会会长刘春田教授主持。来自研究机构、司法及行政机关、企业的五十余位代表结合《专利保护宣言》的内容,共论专利制度的全球化与本土化。会议就"总体介绍"、"专题研讨"、"综合讨论"等环节进行了深入、有益的讨论。在"总体介绍"环节,德国马克斯-普朗克创新与竞争研究所所长瑞托·赫尔提(Reto Hilty)
[Abstract]:On July 15-16, the Symposium on Patent Protection in the eyes of China was held at Renmin University of China. The conference was jointly sponsored by the China intellectual property Law Society, the Law School of Renmin University of China, the intellectual property School of Renmin University of China and the Max Planck Institute of Innovation and Competition in Germany. Co-organized by Beijing Sunshine intellectual property and Law Development Foundation, presided over by Professor Liu Chuntian, Dean of intellectual property School of Renmin University of China and President of intellectual property Law Research in China. More than 50 representatives from research institutions, judicial and administrative organs and enterprises discussed the globalization and localization of the patent system in conjunction with the contents of the Declaration on Patent Protection. The conference carried out in-depth and beneficial discussions on "general introduction", "special discussion", "comprehensive discussion" and so on.
