论透明化时代的隐私权保护

【摘要】：随着新一代信息技术的迅猛发展,尤其是大数据技术的广泛应用,人类社会进入到透明化时代,个人隐私权受到愈来愈严重的侵犯,导致自由权利被限制、安定之需被侵扰、情感态度被冲击、价值观念被扭曲,需要法律划定隐私边界、监管防护隐私底线、经济权衡利益各方、教育提高数据素养、舆论营造和谐氛围,以有效保护个人隐私权。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology, especially the wide application of big data technology, the human society has entered a transparent era, the personal privacy rights have been more and more seriously violated, resulting in the restriction of the right to freedom and the interference of the need for stability. Emotional attitude is impacted, values are distorted, it needs the law to define the privacy boundary, supervise and protect privacy bottom line, weigh the interests of all parties, education to improve data literacy, public opinion to create a harmonious atmosphere in order to effectively protect personal privacy.
