论我国网络知识产权之现状与保护

【摘要】：在经济飞速发展的今天,信息产业已经成为了经济发展的支柱之一。由于互联网本身的便捷性、资源传输的快速性以及实时性等特点,使之成为一个热门和首选的平台,因为其范围的扩大和普及催生了市场。但网络本身在一定层次上脱离了物质世界又附带着无数的利益,对利益的侵害同样变得方便快捷,低成本高收益。本文认为有效的解决方案应当同时从技术角度分别对各方面进行分析和指出漏洞,从立法和政策方面探讨改善和解决之途径。
[Abstract]:In the rapid economic development today, the information industry has become one of the pillars of economic development. Because of the convenience of the Internet, the rapid transmission of resources and real-time, it has become a popular and preferred platform, because of its expansion and popularization of the market. However, the network itself breaks away from the material world on a certain level and has numerous benefits, so the infringement of interest becomes convenient and fast, low cost and high profit. This paper holds that effective solutions should be analyzed and pointed out respectively from the technical point of view, and the ways of improvement and solution should be explored from the aspects of legislation and policy.
