大数据时代微版权保护中的利益平衡

【摘要】：对大数据时代的"微版权"现象进行解读,"微版权"不仅指微博,还包括微小篇幅的微信、微电影、微小说等,以及在单次授权中交易价值微小的版权。探讨在大数据时代下"微版权"保护中利益失衡的表现提出大数据时代下构建微版权保护利益平衡机制的思路。
[Abstract]:This paper interprets the phenomenon of "micro-copyright" in big data's time, which refers not only to Weibo, but also to micro-length WeChat, micro-movies, micro-novels, etc. This paper probes into the imbalance of interests in the protection of micro-copyright under big data's time and puts forward the idea of constructing the mechanism of balancing the interests of micro-copyright protection under the age of big data.
