新媒体传播中影视作品的版权管理

【摘要】:正新媒体在网络空间中多以间接方式盈利,其首要任务是获得公众的关注,其次才是通过广告招租、开放授权或售卖产品(服务)等方式获利。新媒体的具体商业模式是复杂的、混合的,由单向线性兜售转向参与各方共同获利。经济利益的诱惑及其他心理诉求驱使新媒体内容服务商、个体用户网罗各路信息资讯,直接或整理加工后投入互联网信息海洋,捕获受众。当前,新媒体传播中的侵权现象随处可见,传统传播环境
[Abstract]:The most important task of new media in cyberspace is to gain public attention, and then to make profits through advertising, opening up authorization or selling products (services). The specific business model of new media is complex, mixed, from one-way linear peddling to a shared profit. The temptation of economic interests and other psychological demands drive new media content service providers, individual users to network information, directly or after processing into the Internet information ocean, capture the audience.
