民法典编纂背景下的网络虚拟财产研究
[Abstract]:In the era of Internet big data, network virtual property and people's life more and more closely, more and more disputes, in the final analysis lies in the theoretical and practical circles of virtual property on the network there are differences. Due to the introduction of the draft of the Civil Law, the compilation procedure of the Civil Code is officially started. The draft brings the virtual property of the network into the category of the real right for the first time, and the virtual property of the network once again becomes a hot topic of discussion. Under this background, this paper discusses the network virtual property and expounds its own viewpoint.
