创造性审查关键点及对终端显示微创新的意义

【摘要】：首先,介绍了创造性审查原则的两大方面,并指出其中"突出的实质性特点"比"显著的进步"对审查结论的影响更大。说明了几种特定类型发明,以补充对于"显著的进步"的考虑。最后,分析了终端显示领域中的微创新,以及微创新在寻求专利保护过程中所遇到的困难及具体的应对举措。
[Abstract]:Firstly, this paper introduces two aspects of the principle of creative review, and points out that "outstanding substantive characteristics" have more influence on the conclusion of the review than "remarkable progress". Several specific types of inventions are described to supplement the consideration of "significant progress". Finally, the paper analyzes the micro-innovation in the field of terminal display, and the difficulties encountered by micro-innovation in the process of seeking patent protection and the concrete measures to deal with it.
