【摘要】：正随着中国对外开放的不断发展,越来越多的外国进口商品在中国境内销售。而这些进口商品的商标也早已在中国注册,享受中国知识产权法律的保护。近年来,中国进口商或销售商在国内销售进口商品时,经常出现对进口商品进行不同程度的包装改变、超越许可范围销售、添加内容后再销售和违反进口制度销售等现象,由此而引发了大量的商标侵权纠纷,耗费了争议各方的巨大精力和成本。对于此类纠纷,中国进口商或销售

The trademarks of these imported goods have long been registered in China, enjoying the protection of China's intellectual property laws.
