农村民间借贷纠纷探源——基于农村民间借贷纠纷案由裁判文书的数据分析

【摘要】：农村金融供给侧存在数量不足的问题,农村民间借贷作为非正规金融手段,弥补了正规金融的数量缺失。虽然农村的民间借贷缓解了我国正规金融组织对农村经济发展的资金供给不足,但民间借贷也有其自身的问题,引发一系列纠纷。由借贷主体、形式、内容方面的问题引发的纠纷是农村民间借贷纠纷的主要原因。
[Abstract]:There is a problem of insufficient quantity on the supply side of rural finance. As an informal financial means, rural private lending makes up for the lack of formal finance. Although the private lending in rural areas alleviates the shortage of funds provided by formal financial organizations for rural economic development, private lending also has its own problems, resulting in a series of disputes. The disputes caused by the main body, form and content of loans are the main causes of rural private lending disputes.
