黑龙江省产业集群竞争力评价

【摘要】: 随着区域经济一体化进程的推进,产业集群作为一种新型的经济模式,对经济发展的推动作用日益增强。黑龙江省作为东北老工业基地之一,由于经济体制落后、经济结构单一等原因,其产业集群的发展存在着诸多问题。正确评价黑龙江省产业集群竞争力,进一步分析制约其竞争力提高的影响因素,对黑龙江省经济发展具有重要意义。 本文在阐述产业集群和产业集群竞争力内涵的基础上,对国内外学者的研究成果进行了梳理。确定了产业集群竞争力的评价指标选择的原则与基准,结合指标的筛选方法,建立了包括企业平均规模、资金利税率、产值利税率、全员劳动生产率、工业增加值率、市场占有率、流动资金周转次数、产品销售率、三废综合利用产品产值在内的评价指标体系。通过分析指标赋权的各种方法,确定采用主成分分析法计算权重;阐述了产业关联和蜘蛛图法的原理和步骤,确立了以蜘蛛图模型作为黑龙江省产业集群竞争力评价模型。在此基础上,运用区位商法识别出装备制造、石油化工、能源、食品、医药五大集群。利用投入产出表,从直接关联效果方面分析了产业之间的关联效应,运用蜘蛛图模型对各个集群的竞争力分别进行了测算和分析。结合产业关联和基于蜘蛛图模型的竞争力分析结果,提出了加强黑龙江省各产业集群竞争力的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of regional economic integration, industrial clusters, as a new economic model, play an increasingly important role in promoting economic development. As one of the old industrial bases in Northeast China, there are many problems in the development of industrial clusters in Heilongjiang Province due to the backward economic system and single economic structure. It is of great significance for the economic development of Heilongjiang Province to evaluate correctly the competitiveness of industrial clusters in Heilongjiang Province and further analyze the influencing factors that restrict the improvement of its competitiveness. On the basis of expounding the connotation of industrial cluster and industrial cluster competitiveness, this paper combs the research results of domestic and foreign scholars. The principles and benchmarks of the evaluation index selection for the competitiveness of industrial clusters are determined. Combined with the selection method of the indicators, the average size of the enterprise, the rate of capital interest and tax, the profit and tax rate of output value, the labor productivity of all staff, and the rate of industrial added value are established. Market share, circulating capital turnover times, product sales rate, three wastes comprehensive utilization of product output value evaluation index system. Through the analysis of various methods of index weighting, the principal component analysis method is used to calculate the weight, the principle and steps of industrial association and spider map method are expounded, and the spider graph model is established as the evaluation model of industrial cluster competitiveness in Heilongjiang province. On this basis, five clusters of equipment manufacturing, petrochemical, energy, food and medicine are identified by using location quotient method. By using the input-output table, this paper analyzes the correlation effect between industries from the aspect of direct correlation effect, and calculates and analyzes the competitiveness of each cluster by using spider graph model. Based on the results of industry correlation and competitiveness analysis based on spider graph model, the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the competitiveness of various industrial clusters in Heilongjiang Province are put forward.
