以法治思维和法治方式推进“放管服”改革

【摘要】："放管服"改革是行政体制改革的核心内容,是全面深化改革的重要组成部分,是切实转变政府职能、破除体制机制性障碍、为经济社会发展提供新动力的必然要求。因此,本文认为在"放管服"改革中,要注重协调法治与改革的关系,以法治思维和法治方式推进行政执法体制改革。
[Abstract]:The reform of "release of management and service" is the core content of the reform of the administrative system, an important part of the overall deepening of the reform, and an inevitable requirement for the effective transformation of the functions of the government, the removal of institutional obstacles, and the provision of a new motive force for economic and social development. In this paper, we should pay attention to coordinate the relationship between the rule of law and the reform, and promote the reform of the administrative law enforcement system by the thinking of the rule of law and the way of the rule of law.
