【摘要】:市场竞争越来越激烈,企业面临的各种压力也越来越大,市场、成本、管理等等压力也是与日俱增,尤其是企业的管理,落后的企业管理已经不能满足目前大规模低成本生产的需求,对先进的生产管理方式的需求也迫在眉睫,这里我们主要引入精益化的生产方式。英利新能源有限责任公司是一家生产太阳能绿色能源的美国纽交所上市公司。中国光伏制造产业与欧美同时起步,同步参与国际竞争;历经全球金融危机、欧债危机考验,通过行业整合逐步走向成熟;技术、成本、市场占有率等方面已领先于欧美发达国家;但国内光伏制造企业普遍存在着管理方式落后、缺乏管理技术应用经验的情况,如何将精益生产应用到我国光伏制造企业以提高企业的生产效率,从而形成竞争优势是国内许多光伏制造企业迫切需要解决的问题。本文分五章。第一章对精益生产的产生与发展做了概述,第二章介绍了精益思想的基本原则与技术体系,其后的第三章从实践的角度分析了英利公司的状况和存在的问题,第四章针对英利公司存在的各类问题结合精益化生产概念制定解决方案,并制定实施推进进度,第五章对精益生产在英利公司应用研究的预期效果分析总结论文的同时,指出了精益生产在国内光伏行业的发展趋势。希望本文的研究对国内光伏制造企业应用精益化生产以提高生产效率、提升管理水平能有所借鉴。
[Abstract]:The market competition is becoming more and more fierce, the enterprises are facing more and more pressure, the market, the cost, the management and so on pressure is also increasing day by day, especially the enterprise management. Backward enterprise management has been unable to meet the needs of large-scale low-cost production, the demand for advanced production management is also imminent. Here we mainly introduce lean production methods. Yingli New Energy Co., Ltd. is a solar green energy production of the New York Stock Exchange listed companies. China's photovoltaic manufacturing industry started with Europe and the United States. Synchronous participation in international competition; After the global financial crisis, the European debt crisis test, through industry integration gradually towards maturity; Technology, cost, market share and other aspects have been ahead of the developed countries in Europe and the United States; However, domestic photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises generally have backward management methods, lack of experience in the application of management technology, how to apply lean production to photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises in order to improve the production efficiency of enterprises. Thus forming competitive advantage is an urgent problem that many domestic photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises need to solve. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter summarizes the production and development of lean production. The second chapter introduces the basic principles and technical system of lean thinking, and the third chapter analyzes the situation and existing problems of Yingli Company from the perspective of practice. Chapter 4th aims at all kinds of problems of Yingli Company and combines the Lean production concept to develop the solution and the progress of implementation. Chapter 5th summarizes the expected effect of Lean production in Yingli Company at the same time. The development trend of lean production in domestic photovoltaic industry is pointed out. It is hoped that the research in this paper can be used as a reference for domestic photovoltaic manufacturing enterprises to apply lean production to improve production efficiency and improve management level.
