【摘要】：研究目的:本文通过深度访谈、文本分析,运用扎根理论的质化研究方法,针对已收集的数据资料进行归纳分析与编码提炼,试图探究地铁工程成本管控活动的关键影响因素及形成机理,为指导地铁工程成本管控提供一定的借鉴与启示。研究结论:(1)分析表明范式引导、组织协同、机制运行、执行控制、过程提升这5个主范畴对地铁工程成本管控存在显著影响,且相互作用关系有所不同;(2)结合案例实证对地铁工程成本管控行为关系架构进行了丰富与修善,最终构建出地铁工程成本管控体系框架模型;(3)本研究成果可运用于地铁工程建设全过程动态成本管理。
[Abstract]:Research objective: this paper through in-depth interviews, text analysis, the use of grounded theory of qualitative research methods, for the collected data for induction analysis and coding extraction. This paper attempts to explore the key factors and formation mechanism of the subway project cost control activities, and provide some reference and inspiration for guiding the subway project cost control. The five main categories of organization coordination, mechanism operation, execution control and process upgrading have significant influence on subway project cost control, and the interaction relationship is different. Secondly, it enriches and improves the structure of the relationship between cost management and control behavior in subway engineering by case study, and finally constructs a framework model of the cost control system of subway engineering. 3) the research results can be applied to dynamic cost management in the whole process of subway construction.
