【摘要】：钢铁行业是国民经济的基础产业和支柱产业,其重要程度渗透着国家的每一个领域。但随着科技的进步和社会的发展,中国的钢铁企业面临着国际与国内市场的激烈竞争。为在竞争激烈的市场中寻得立足之地,钢铁企业必须寻找新的发展道路。技术创新是企业生存发展,获取竞争优势的根本,而技术改造是我国企业技术创新的基本途径。对宁波钢铁公司来说,无论是从行业发展的形式看,还是从企业自身特点出发,选择以技术创新为核心的技术改造之路是企业提高自身竞争力的必然途径。本文从宁波钢铁公司技术改造实践出发,以现代项目管理理论为指导,通过对焦炭自动化取样系统技改项目运行效果进行分析,指出项目运行过程中出现的种种问题,并结合分析结果及项目管理的有关知识对煤炭自动化取样技改项目进行设计,从而有效的进行煤炭项目的技术改造项目管理。文章从构筑科学的技术改造管理组织结构,搭建有效的技术改造信息管理系统,严格控制项目进度,加强成本管理、质量管理、风险管理等几个方面加以探讨,希望能以此促进宁波钢铁公司煤炭自动化取制样技术改造项目的有效进行。
[Abstract]:Iron and steel industry is the basic industry and pillar industry of the national economy, its important degree permeates every field of the country, but with the progress of science and technology and the development of society. The iron and steel enterprises in China are facing the fierce competition between the international and domestic markets. In order to find a foothold in the competitive market, the iron and steel enterprises must find a new way of development. Technological innovation is the survival and development of the enterprises. For Ningbo Iron and Steel Company, it is not only from the form of industry development, but also from the characteristics of the enterprise itself. It is an inevitable way for enterprises to improve their competitiveness by choosing the road of technological transformation with technology innovation as the core. This paper starts from the technical transformation practice of Ningbo Iron and Steel Company and takes the modern project management theory as the guide. Based on the analysis of the operation effect of the technical transformation project of the coke automatic sampling system, the paper points out the various problems in the process of the project operation. Combined with the results of the analysis and project management related knowledge to the coal automatic sampling technical reform project design. In order to effectively carry out the technical transformation of coal project management. This article from the construction of scientific technological transformation management organization structure, build an effective information management system for technical transformation, strictly control the progress of the project. Strengthening cost management, quality management, risk management and other aspects are discussed, hoping to promote the Ningbo Iron and Steel Company coal automatic sampling technology transformation project effectively.
