【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国取得的成就有目共睹,经过三十多年来我国经济年均高速发展,GDP已经达到世界第二位,整体国民经济发展中,信息化产业成为拉动GDP高速发展的重要动力。近十年来,我国社会信息化建设水平大幅提高,信息系统集成行业得到了迅猛发展。但是我国信息系统行业处于世界信息化产业的末端,缺少独特、新颖的创造力,西方发达国家总是信息系统行业标准的发布者,占据了整个行业的话语权,我们仅仅是世界技术潮流的跟随者,无论是在3G通信标准、开发语言标准,还是互联网行业标准等方面。可喜的是,我国已经慢慢在行业技术标准规范上崭露头角,在北斗导航、4G通信标准上有了一定的话语权。 整个信息化产业的发展离不开广大的信息系统从业人员和企业的规模化、专业化。信息系统集成行业中集成公司项目组织管理经验和项目管理水平亟待提高。信息系统集成项目管理中有项目整体管理、范围管理、进度管理、成本管理、质量管理、人力管理、沟通管理、风险管理、采购管理九个方面内容,项目管理理论成为信息系统集成公司的规范之一,成功项目管理是以先进的项目管理理论为前提的,越来越多的项目目标是以通过顺利实施项目来实现的,,组织内部的项目管理和执行力是决定企业实现战略目标的阶梯。项目管理成熟度成为核定企业项目管理的水平的重要因素,当今企业实施的越来越多的大型组合,这种组织级项目管理更为复杂,因此,对公司组织级项目管理成熟度的研究更具有重要意义。 本文通过对C公司实施的S社团全国信息化专网建设项目研究,使用OPM3项目成熟度模型分析,总结C公司在组织级项目管理中的成功和不足,研究如何将项目管理知识体系和组织级项目管理成熟度与本企业的实际想结合,为信息集成项目实施以及组织级项目实施提供成功保障。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's achievements have obvious to people, after thirty years of China's annual economic rapid development, GDP has reached second in the world, the overall development of the national economy, information industry has become an important driving force of GDP high-speed development. In the past ten years, the social informatization level in China is greatly improved, the information system integration industry the rapid development of information industry in our country. But the system at the end of the world, the information industry lack of a unique, novel creativity, western developed countries always information system industry standard release, occupy the industry the right to speak, we just follow the world trend of technology, whether in the 3G communication standard, the development of language the standard, or the Internet industry standards and other aspects. The good news is that China has emerged slowly in the industry standard technology, the Beidou navigation, 4G communication There is a certain right of speech on the standard.
The development of the information industry cannot do without the majority of the information system for employees and enterprise scale, specialization. Integrated company information system integration industry project management experience and project management level should be improved. The information system integration project management in overall project management, scope management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, human resource management, communication management, risk management, nine aspects of procurement management, project management theory has become one of the information systems integration company standards, successful project management is based on the advanced project management theory as the premise, more and more project goal is achieved through the successful implementation of the project, project management and organization the execution is decided to step enterprise to achieve strategic objectives. Project management maturity has become an important factor in the approved enterprise project management level, the enterprise. There are more and more large portfolios. Such organization level project management is more complex. Therefore, it is more important to study the organizational level of project management maturity.
Based on the research of the S Association national information network construction company C project analysis, using the OPM3 project maturity model, summed up the C company in the organization level project management success and shortcomings, research how to apply the project management knowledge system and organizational project management maturity to the enterprise and the actual combination of implementation to provide the guarantee of success for the information integration project and organization level project.
