基于价值链的施工企业核心竞争力评价研究

【摘要】：目前,我国施工企业间竞争愈益激烈,利润空间逐渐降低,施工企业面临巨大挑战。在这种情况下,我国施工企业必须从生产经营活动的各个方面着手,综合提高自身的核心竞争力,针对决定企业竞争力的各项要素全面提升企业核心竞争力,进而提高施工企业的整体水平,显得尤为重要。提高企业核心竞争力的方法有很多种,本文主要以价值链理论为基础来研究提升施工企业核心竞争力,并对其进行评价。价值链分析是将企业看做一个创造价值的整体,企业的各种价值活动都对其他活动产生影响。价值链分析是一种建立在企业战略层面上的全面战略发展思路,价值链分析强化了联系的观点,任何一项价值活动对企业价值的贡献不仅仅是这项活动带来的增值,更重要的是价值活动之间的连接关系;价值链分析还强调了多角度的观点,延伸了价值活动的研究范围。自1985年美国哈佛商学院教授迈克尔·波特提出价值链理论以来,便引起了企业的高度关注,被广泛的应用于决策支持系统研究、战略成本管理、业务流程重组、确定企业利润增长区以及培育企业核心能力,确立企业的竞争优势。
[Abstract]:At present, the competition among Chinese construction enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, the profit space is gradually decreasing, and the construction enterprises are facing enormous challenges. In this case, the construction enterprises in our country must start from all aspects of production and management activities. Comprehensively improve their core competitiveness, in view of the factors that determine the competitiveness of enterprises, comprehensively enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and then improve the overall level of construction enterprises. There are many ways to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper mainly based on the value chain theory to improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises. Value chain analysis takes the enterprise as a whole to create value. Value chain analysis is a comprehensive strategic development idea based on enterprise strategy, and value chain analysis strengthens the view of connection. The contribution of any value activity to the enterprise value is not only the value added brought by this activity, but also the connection between the value activities. Value chain analysis also emphasizes multiple perspectives, extending the scope of research on value activities since Michael Porter, a professor at Harvard Business School in the United States, put forward the value chain theory in 1985. It is widely used in the research of decision support system, strategic cost management, business process reengineering, the determination of enterprise profit growth zone and the cultivation of core competence. Establish the competitive advantage of the enterprise.
