中骋公司运营管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：伴随业务范围与产品种类的不断增长,传统的管理方法难以适应竞争需要,为此中骋公司决策以成熟的成本管理和绩效管理理论为基础,同时充分结合该企业的运营特点和产品特点,开发新型的运营信息管理系统。 本文首先从需求分析的角度论述该系统的具体功能,主要分为三个方面,即运行数据管理、成本费用处理和经营绩效管理。在中骋公司的运营信息管理系统的软件设计框架中,该软件的功能模块划分为三个层次。第一个层次是业务导航模块,面向各类用户根据自身的岗位职责与角色生成功能视图和数据视图。第二层主要是事务处理模块的集合,包含运营基础信息管理模块,完成该系统的基础数据的加载、初始化和恢复等任务。成本预算管理模块在内部管理周期的期初编制成本预算、测算和设定成本控制指标等数据。成本计算处理模块在内部管理会计周期的期末以及各个阶段统计公司内部活动的直接成本和间接成本、计算与分配间接成本等。 中骋公司的运营管理系统的软件编程开发采用微软的.NET平台和相应的C#语言及ASP.NET实现应用服务器程序和页面程序,采用关系数据库SQL Server2008实现通用的数据处理。该软件已完成测试,用户评价效果良好,目前系统整体处于正在进行试运行阶段,状态稳定。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of the business scope and the type of product, traditional management methods can not adapt to the need for competition, therefore in the cost management and decision-making, better performance management theory as the foundation, and fully combined with operational characteristics and product characteristics of the enterprise, the operation management information system development model.
Firstly, from the perspective of demand analysis on the specific function of the system, mainly divided into three aspects, namely the operation data management, cost management and performance management process. In the software design framework of operation information management system in the company located in the function modules of the software into three levels. The first level is business navigation module, for all types of users according to the job responsibilities and the role of their own generation function view and data view. The second layer is the set of transaction processing module, operation module includes basic information management, the basic data of the system loading, initialization and recovery tasks. The final data and the various stages of the statistical cost calculation processing module in the internal management of the accounting cycle The direct and indirect costs of internal activities, the calculation and distribution of indirect costs, etc.
The development of software programming operation management system of the company by Cheng Microsoft's.NET platform and the corresponding C# language and the ASP.NET application server and the page program, the relational database SQL Server2008 to realize the general data processing. The software has completed the test, the user evaluation result is good, the whole system is in the stage of trial operation. Steady state.
