株洲湘银园林绿化工程公司项目管理标准化研究

【摘要】:随着建筑业和房地产业的发展,我国园林绿化企业如雨后春笋般涌现出来。园林绿化企业的发展为居民生活环境的改善作出了巨大的贡献。但是由于起步较晚,我国园林绿化企业的项目管理水平并没有跟上,大部分园林绿化工程项目的管理主要以经验管理为主,并没有系统科学的管理体系作为支撑,管理方法比较粗放。由于市场需求的激增以及市场竞争的不断激烈,这种粗放型的管理模式已经不能够企业进一步发展的需求,所以企业亟需建立一套科学、全面、有效的项目管理体系,加强项目的管理,提高企业的竞争力,从而使企业能够在新的形势下,获得更大的发展空间。文章就是在标准化视角下对株洲湘银园林绿化工程公司项目管理进行研究,为其建立一套项目管理标准化体系,希望解决公司项目管理中存在的问题,也为我国园林绿化企业项目管理提供一些参考和建议。 文章首先对项目管理标准化的含义、内容和作用进行了阐述,,并重点回顾PMBOK、ISO10006、NCSPN、PRINCE2、ICB五种国际通用的项目管理标准化理论体系,通过比较,文章选着了PMBOK理论作为株洲湘银园林绿化工程公司项目管理标准化体系设计的依据;其次分析了株洲湘银园林绿化工程公司项目管理的现状和存在的问题;接着在PMBOK的基础上,为株洲湘银园林绿化工程公司设计科学、合理、有效的项目管理标准化体系,标准化体系确定了公司项目管理项目前准备阶段、项目施工阶段和项目收尾阶段的具体工作,并且参照PMBOK理论的十大项目管理内容,结合园林绿化行业以及公司自身的特点,对公司项目质量管理、项目成本管理、项目施工管理、项目安全管理、项目合同管理、项目人力资源管理和项目综合管理七大关键模块进行了规范;最后为了让标准化体系在公司内实施,文章从组织、人才吸引和发挥、资金、宣传、制度和信息化六个方面提出了相应的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of construction industry and real estate industry, garden greening enterprises in our country have sprung up like bamboo shoots. The development of garden greening enterprises has made great contributions to the improvement of the living environment of residents. However, due to the late start, The project management level of the garden greening enterprises in our country has not kept up with each other. The management of most garden greening projects is mainly based on the experience management, and there is no systematic and scientific management system as the support. Due to the surge of market demand and the fierce competition in the market, this extensive management model can no longer meet the needs of further development of enterprises, so enterprises urgently need to establish a set of science and comprehensive, Effective project management system, strengthening project management, improving the competitiveness of enterprises, so that enterprises can in the new situation, This paper is to study the project management of Xiangyin Garden and Greening Engineering Company in Zhuzhou from the perspective of standardization, and establish a set of project management standardization system for it, hoping to solve the problems existing in the project management of the company. It also provides some references and suggestions for the project management of Chinese garden greening enterprises. This paper first expounds the meaning, content and function of project management standardization, and emphatically reviews five international common theory systems of project management standardization, which are PMBOKK ISO 10006NCSPN / PRINCE2ICB. This paper selects the PMBOK theory as the basis for the design of the project management standardization system of Xiangyin Garden and Greening Engineering Company of Zhuzhou. Secondly, it analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the project management of Xiangyin Landscape and Greening Engineering Company in Zhuzhou, and then on the basis of PMBOK, In order to design scientific, reasonable and effective project management standardization system for Zhuzhou Xiangyin Landscape and Greening Engineering Company, the standardization system determines the concrete work of the company's project management project preparation stage, project construction stage and project closing stage. And referring to the top ten project management contents of PMBOK theory, combining with the characteristics of landscaping industry and the company itself, the project quality management, the project cost management, the project construction management, the project safety management, the project contract management, the project quality management, the project cost management, the project safety management, the project contract management, The seven key modules of project human resource management and project integrated management are standardized. Finally, in order to make the standardization system implemented in the company, the article focuses on organization, talent attraction and exertion, capital and publicity, The system and informatization six aspects put forward the corresponding safeguard measures.
