【摘要】：悠久的养蜂传统及传统蜂产品在我国养殖业历史长河中积累并沉淀了深厚的经验和优势,但随着市场经济的不断发展、我国工业化信息化城镇化的发展、人民群众日益追求健康安全的精神理念的变化,传统养蜂的方式和生产的蜂产品已不能满足相应社会发展的需要。解决这一需要就必须以科学发展的态度、遵循自然发展规律来发展蜂产业,既保证养蜂对保持自然界生态物种的多样性、提高人们需求的农作物与经济作物的产量、改善人类生存的自然环境,又要保证发展我国落后山区经济、为社会提供优质安全的蜂食品产品、不断提高人民的健康生活水平,实现社会效益与经济效益共同良性发展,保护大自然环境和提供从田园到餐桌的全过程全产业链蜂产品安全,将有着极其重要的现实意义和长远意义。蜂业商业计划项目中的养蜂业属于节能型环保型产业项目,能有效提高农作物与经济作物产量,是我国农业现代化可持续发展的重要保证,是现代生态农业的重要组成部分,在国民经济和社会发展过程中起着独特的作用,是一项利国惠民的事业。蜂业商业计划项目中的蜂产品加工是提升传统粗放型加工模式,并向提升蜂产品深加工方式转变,提高产品附加值,提供更优质更丰富安全的蜂产品。目前广东省地区经济发展不平衡,在粤东北山区农村,经济发展相对落后,但山区拥有着天然丰富的蜜源植物环境优势,植物花期长,当地农户有着传统的养蜂历史,对发展蜂业项目有着得天独厚的条件,农户可以利用本地或周围山区蜜源植物资源发展生态养蜂业脱贫致富,有着重要的指导和带动意义。基于以上背景,田园公司商业计划项目,在对相关理论进行梳理的基础上逐步发展而成。首先,本文用战略管理理论分析了此项目的背景意义与战略定位；其次,用价值链理论对战略相关的增值活动进行逐项分析：产品、市场营销、采购、基础设施建设、组织与人力资源、投资与财务活动等,并从成本管理理论和会计理论的角度对项目的可行性与可实施性进行分析研究。项目的风险因素也是一个需要考虑的重要因素,结合项目本身的特点与行业发展的趋势,以风险管理理论为基础,运用SWOT方法,对项目可能存在的内外在风险因素及相应的风险防范进行了阐述。最后在分析的基础上,对项目的实施计划进度进行了规划和布置。该项目的核心是以“公司+基地+农户+产品加工”的合作发展模式,建立标准生态无公害蜂业养殖场为基地,发展蜂业养殖,用传统与现代方法相结合生产安全绿色蜂产品,利用现代先进工艺和生物技术,以先进管理理念和营销模式,对蜜蜂的直接产品进行利用和深加工。田园蜂业商业计划项目的目标是打造粤东北地区天然生态、绿色友好、优质安全的中华蜂产品养殖加工基地,不断创新“公司+农户”的发展模式,带动周边农民共同致富,实现社会效益与经济效益共同良性友好发展。
