【摘要】:中国宽幅数码喷印设备制造兴起于20世纪90年代末期,在过去的十几年间喷印设备在广告喷绘领域得以飞速的发展。随着数码图像处理及喷印技术的高速发展以及广告喷绘行业竞争日益激烈,数码喷印设备制造业将面临产业升级及外延发展的态势。本文以深圳润天智公司为背景研究该公司的发展战略。深圳润天智公司是我国最早生产宽幅数码喷印设备企业之一,同时也是中国宽幅数码喷印设备制造业的龙头企业。近几年深圳润天智公司在进行股权改革和大力推进技术创新,未来几年将是深圳润天智公司发展的关键时期,也是该公司实现规模经营、品牌扩张的战略机遇期。在此条件下,研究和制定合理有效的公司发展战略十分重要。 本文通过运用战略管理研究的基本理论方法和分析模型,对深圳润天智公司发展面临的外部环境、内部资源及主营业务进行了全面、系统的分析,明确了“做强数码喷绘设备、开拓新的数码喷印应用领域的市场,实现品牌扩张经营”的公司发展目标。同时通过对战略管理成本中价值链的分析研究阐述了该如何合理应用战略成本管理思想,减少管理弊端,提高企业竞争优势。通过本文研究,在数码喷绘机主业方面,采取集中化、差别化及人才战略,充分吸纳国际化技术人才,推进技术创新,提高产品研发能力,,加强产品开发和市场推广,不断提高公司产品的国际市场竞争力,积极开拓市场,通过国际化营销手段,提高公司的规模效益;对于新应用领域的产品,如陶瓷数码打印机和纺织印花机等,采取竞争和合作的方式,构建公司战略联盟。最后,制定合理的战略实施对策与保障措施。
[Abstract]:The manufacture of wide-width digital jet printing equipment in china began in the end of 1990s. In the past ten years, inkjet printing equipment has been developing rapidly in the field of advertising inkjet painting. With the rapid development of digital image processing and inkjet printing technology and the increasingly fierce competition in the advertising inkjet painting industry, The manufacturing industry of digital jet printing equipment will be faced with the trend of industrial upgrading and extension development. This paper studies the development strategy of Shenzhen Runtianchi Company, which is one of the earliest enterprises in China to produce wide range digital jet printing equipment. In recent years, Shenzhen Runtianzhi Company is carrying out equity reform and vigorously promoting technological innovation, which will be a key period for the development of Shenzhen Runtian Intelligent Company in the next few years. It is also the strategic opportunity period for the company to realize scale operation and brand expansion. Under this condition, it is very important to study and formulate a reasonable and effective company development strategy. By using the basic theory and analysis model of strategic management research, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the external environment, internal resources and main business of Shenzhen Runtianzhi Company. It is clear that "to strengthen the digital inkjet painting equipment, to open up a new market in the field of digital jet printing applications," By analyzing and studying the value chain in the cost of strategic management, this paper expounds how to apply the idea of strategic cost management reasonably and reduce the malpractice of management. Through the research of this paper, we adopt the strategy of centralization, differentiation and talent in the main industry of digital inkjet painting machine, fully absorb international technical talents, promote technological innovation, and improve the ability of product research and development. Strengthen product development and market promotion, continuously improve the international market competitiveness of the company's products, actively open up the market, and increase the company's economies of scale by means of international marketing; for products in new application areas, For example, ceramic digital printer and textile printing machine, we should take the way of competition and cooperation to construct the strategic alliance of the company. Finally, we should make reasonable strategy implementation countermeasures and guarantee measures.
