中海外南非锰矿土方施工工程项目管理关键问题及对策研究

【摘要】:首先,本文介绍了我国国际工程承包业务的现状、特点和存在的问题,并提出解决对策,然后,再结合对国际工程承包发展趋势和国际工程承包业务实施过程中个关键环节的分析,进一步总结了国际工程承包业务中的关键因素。其次,文章简要介绍了业主、承包商的背景以及项目概况。 以上述基本内容为基础,本文从南非锰矿土方工程项目的项目管理实践出发,对该项目的特点和难点以及项目管理涉及的领域进行了详细的论述,对项目实施情况和效益进行了评价,分析了项目的成败得失,并运用海外承包工程项目管理理论知识与技术方法,阐述我国建筑企业在国际承包工程市场进一步发展的深远意义,探索在海外承包工程项目中运用项目管理的主要思路以及实施方式,针对项目管理的有代表性的项目管理过程,使用不同项目管理理论知识和技术方法对南非锰矿土方工程项目的项目管理过程进行了深度研究。 本文将海外承包工程项目管理模式与国际工程项目管理理论相结合,采用系统的分析方法,对南非锰矿土方工程项目执行过程中的投标报价管理、进度管理、成本管理、质量管理、人力资源与沟通管理、合同管理以及风险管理进行了分析,重点论证了基于主动变更、挣得值法控制等符合项目实际的项目管理技术方法,实现了从理论研究到实践应用的转化过程,为我国对外承包工程企业在今后海外承包市场的项目管理提供了参考经验。
[Abstract]:First of all, this paper introduces the current situation, characteristics and existing problems of China's international engineering contracting business, and puts forward some countermeasures. Combined with the analysis of the development trend of international project contracting and the key link in the implementation of international engineering contracting business, the key factors in international engineering contracting business are summarized. Secondly, the article briefly introduces the owner, Contractor background and project profile. Based on the above basic contents, this paper discusses in detail the characteristics and difficulties of the project and the fields involved in the project management from the project management practice of South Africa Manganese Mine Earthwork Project. This paper evaluates the implementation and benefit of the project, analyzes the success or failure of the project, and applies the theoretical knowledge and technical methods of project management in overseas contracting projects. This paper expounds the profound significance of the further development of Chinese construction enterprises in the international contracting engineering market, explores the main ideas and implementation methods of applying project management in overseas contracting projects, and aims at the representative project management process of project management. Using different project management theories and technical methods, the project management process of South Africa manganese mine earthwork project is studied in depth. This paper combines the overseas contracting project management mode with the international engineering project management theory, adopts the systematic analysis method, manages the bidding quotation, the schedule management, the cost management in the execution process of the earth and earth engineering project of South Africa manganese mine. Quality management, human resources and communication management, contract management and risk management are analyzed, and the project management techniques based on active change, earned value control and so on are demonstrated. The transformation process from theoretical research to practical application has been realized, which provides reference experience for the project management of our country's foreign contracting engineering enterprises in the overseas contracting market in the future.
