汇众公司运营审计管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：伴随业务范围与产品种类的不断增长,传统的管理方法难以适应竞争需要,为此汇众公司决策以成熟的运营审计管理特别是成本管理理论为基础,同时充分结合该企业的运营特点和产品特点,开发新型的运营审计管理系统。本文首先从需求分析的角度论述该系统的具体功能,主要分为三个方面,即运行数据管理、成本费用处理和经营业绩审计。在汇众公司的运营审计管理系统的软件设计框架中,该软件的功能模块划分为三个层次。第一个层次是业务导航模块,面向各类用户根据自身的岗位职责与角色生成功能视图和数据视图。第二层主要是事务处理模块的集合,包含运营基础信息管理模块,完成该系统的基础数据的加载、初始化和预处理等任务。成本管理模块在内部管理周期的期初编制成本预算、测算和设定成本控制指标等数据。成本计算处理模块在内部管理会计周期的期末以及各个阶段统计审计公司内部活动的直接成本和间接成本、计算与分配间接成本等。汇众公司的运营审计管理系统的软件编程开发采用微软的.NET平台和相应的C#语言及ASP.NET实现应用服务器程序和页面程序,采用关系数据库SQL Server2008实现通用的数据处理。该软件已完成测试,用户评价效果良好,目前系统整体处于正在进行试运行阶段,状态稳定。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of business scope and product types, traditional management methods are difficult to meet the needs of competition. Therefore, the decision of Huihui Company is based on mature operation audit management, especially cost management theory. At the same time, a new operation audit management system is developed based on the operation characteristics and product characteristics of the enterprise. This paper first discusses the specific functions of the system from the point of view of requirement analysis, mainly divided into three aspects, namely, running data management, In the software design framework of Huiyong Company's operational audit management system, the function module of the software is divided into three levels. The first level is the business navigation module. The second layer is the collection of transaction processing modules, including the operation basic information management module, which completes the loading of the basic data of the system. Tasks such as initialization and preprocessing. Cost management modules prepare cost estimates at the beginning of the internal management cycle, The cost calculation and processing module counts the direct and indirect costs of the internal activities of the audit company at the end of the internal management accounting cycle and at each stage, and calculates and allocates the indirect costs. The software development of Huixong company's operation audit management system uses Microsoft's. Net platform and corresponding C # language and ASP.NET to realize the application server program and the page program. The universal data processing is realized by using relational database SQL Server2008. The software has completed the test and the user evaluation effect is good. At present, the whole system is in the stage of trial running, and the state is stable.
